Dhuhr в городе Час — Часто задаваемые вопросы

Ответы обновляются ежедневно на основе фактического времени Dhuhr, восхода, заката и хиджры даты в Час.

What time is Dhuhr today in Час?
Dhuhr in Час, Индия begins today (Friday, October 09, 2026) at 11:24 local time (Asia/Kolkata). It starts the moment the sun passes its zenith and continues until the start of Asr at 14:46.
Why is Dhuhr called 'the middle prayer' in some sources?
Some classical commentators identify Dhuhr as the 'middle prayer' (al-salat al-wusta) mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah 2:238 — the prayer at the high point of the daily cycle. Other scholars hold Asr to be the middle prayer; both views are valid and the dua of either prayer benefits the worshipper.
What is the difference between Dhuhr and Jumu'ah on Friday?
On Fridays the Dhuhr prayer in Час is replaced by Jumu'ah (Friday) prayer, which is 2 fard rakat preceded by a khutbah (sermon) in congregation at the mosque. Outside Friday, today's Dhuhr at 11:24 follows the standard daily structure.
Can Dhuhr be combined with Asr?
Yes — classical jurisprudence permits combining Dhuhr and Asr (jam' al-taqdim or jam' al-ta'khir) under specific conditions such as travel, heavy rain, or illness. Outside those conditions, each prayer should be performed in its own window.
How does today's Dhuhr time in Час compare to the same date last year?
On this same date one year ago, Dhuhr in Час was at 11:24 local time — identical to today's 11:24. Year-over-year drift is sometimes zero when the leap-year alignment cancels out the typical solar shift.
What happens to Dhuhr on Friday in Час?
Today is Friday in Час. Dhuhr at 11:24 is replaced by Jumu'ah — the Friday congregational prayer of 2 fard rakat preceded by a khutbah (sermon) at the mosque. Jumu'ah is obligatory for adult Muslim men and is the most important prayer of the week.
How many rakat is Dhuhr prayer?
Dhuhr prayer consists of 4 Sunnah, 4 Fard, 2 Sunnah (10 rakat in total). This breakdown follows the standard Sunni convention as taught by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
What direction is the Qibla from Час for Dhuhr?
From Час, the Qibla bearing toward the Kaaba in Mecca is approximately 278° measured clockwise from true north. The same direction applies to every prayer of the day — only the time of Dhuhr changes daily.
What is the spiritual significance of Dhuhr?
Prayer at midday brings light to the soul when the sun is at its zenith.
Why does the Dhuhr time shift slightly each day?
Dhuhr starts when the sun crosses the local meridian (true noon), which shifts a few minutes each day due to the Earth's elliptical orbit and the equation of time. The figure 11:24 today is computed from astronomical solar transit in Час.
